The Brief

Know who you are talking to, before every call

A brief lands in Gmail before every external meeting: the facts, a behavioral profile of the person, and advice for the call.

Built to move

  • Pre-call prep time (target: lower)
  • New-rep ramp time (target: lower)
  • A behavioral profileHow each contact decides, communicates and objects.
  • The play and the wordsHow to open, what to say and what to avoid.
  • Every fact checkedMatched to the record before a rep sees it.
